BBQ Meatloaf

1 lb ground beef
1 egg
¾ C. milk
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
½ C. oatmeal
½ C. onion chopped
1 tsp. salt

Sauce:
2/3 C. ketchup
½ C. brown sugar
1 ½ tsp mustard



Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all the above ingredients in a bowl and mix together well. Place in meatloaf pan or individual muffin cups. Top with sauce and bake for 45 minutes or until the middle is cooked. Serve with mashed potatoes.
