Grandma Lorraine's Goulash

Grandma’s Goulash
Grandma Lorraine

1 lb ground beef
½ lb cudaghi or Italian sausage
2 cups elbow noodles
½ C. chopped onion
1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato sauce (8oz)
1 C. cheddar cheese
2 C. mozzarella cheese

Brown the ground beef and Italian sausage with onion in a frying pan, drain grease and set aside. Cook the elbow noodles until al dente and drain, add to 9x13 dish. Combine meats and noodles in casserole dish, add the corn, tomato soup, tomato sauce and cheddar cheese, mix all ingredients together and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
